ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES
Ruby red tending to purple, this wine round and harmonious. Slightly herbaceous scent with hints of raspberry. It lends itself well to aging which improves significantly the bouquet.

Taste: dry, savory, slightly herbaceous, tannic, harmonious and characteristic
Minimum total alcohol content: 12,00% vol.
Minimum total acidity: 4,50 g/l
Minimum non-reducing extract: 22,00 g/l

 

PAIRING
Wine pairable with cold meats dishes, roasted red and white meat, poultry and wild game. Excellent with aged hard cheeses.
