ORGANOLEPTIC PROPERTIES
The color is deep ruby red with violet hues, slightly garnet with aging. It has characteristic scent of marasca, cherry and berries aroma with hints of Mediterranean herbs. The taste is important, soft, savoury, slightly acid, harmonious in taste thanks to the skilful addition of wine made from dried grapes.
